The Grand Hotel Quisisana, a renowned symbol of elegance and culture in Capri, successfully hosted the 29th edition of the Premio Faraglioni, an event that annually celebrates Italian artistic excellence. The enchanting theater of the Quisisana was the perfect setting for an evening filled with emotion and music, organized by Capri Arte of the Damino brothers, featuring Maestro Nicola Piovani.
The famous composer and Academy Award winner was honored amidst the applause of a warm and engaged audience. The evening was enriched by his musical performance and the extraordinary voice of Noa, accompanied by guitarist Gil Dor. The Maestro's notes resonated powerfully, alternating with moments of reflection during an interview conducted by Rai presenter Eleonora Daniele.
The history and elegance of the Quisisana blended with the music, creating a unique atmosphere that made the evening unforgettable. Particularly touching was Noa's tribute with performances of "Santa Lucia" and "Quanto t'ho amato," followed by a heartfelt appeal for world peace. Before the presentation of the iconic Faraglioni sculpture, crafted by local master goldsmiths, the mayor of Capri and Adalberto Cuomo, on behalf of the entire Morgano/Cuomo family, expressed their appreciation for Maestro Piovani.
The evening concluded with "Beautiful That Way," the famous song performed by Noa to the music of Piovani.
