Die Küche ist raffiniert und liebevoll: die Rohstoffe sind immer frisch, die Speisekarte ist eine Hommage an die beste typische Capri-Küche und umfasst traditionelle Pasta-Rezepte, Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte mit Fisch und gegrilltem Fleisch, wobei die echte neapolitanische Pizza nicht zu vergessen ist, die rigoros im Holzofen gebacken wird.
Im Restaurant können die Hotelgäste täglich von 12:30 bis 15:30 Uhr zu Mittag essen.
