Tonno alla plancia, pomodori appassiti al limone
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 600 g tuna fish
- 1 tomato "cuore di bue"
- 8 cherry tomaotes
- 4 cherry tomatoes "datterini"
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Basil
- Bay leave
- Cane sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Slice the "datterini" tomatoes and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish seasoned with salt, a clove of sliced garlic, sugar cane, a piece of bay and thyme.
Bake at 80 ° until they wither, cool and put in oil.?Do the same with the other tomatoes.
?Cut the tuna in steaks and place on the grill.??In a saucepan combine all three tomatoes and warm slightly with lemon skin and pulp, add the basil.
Place in a plate the grilled tuna and garnish with the tomatoes.
