The transfer service with private car and driver from/to Naples or Rome aiports, can be requested with your hotel reservation.
The hotel respects the Italian law 196/2003 on privacy. The personal information which is requested is needed by the hotel for the management upon booking request. All the personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

RESERVATION REQUEST
To be valid, the reservation must be confirmed by Grand Hotel Qvisisana. If you prefer, send us your credit card number by fax at +39 081 8376080.
Deposit:
To guarantee the reservation, 30 days prior to the arrival date, a non-refundable deposit equal to the 50% of the total value of nights reserved, is required.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of guaranteed reservations:
No charge for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival date. After this terms the penalty charge will be equal to the 50% of total value of nights reserved.
For reservations of one or two nights the charge will be of 1 night.
Reduction of length of stay or no show:
For shortening the length of stay and for no-show the Hotel will charge the total number of nights reserved.
Insurance:
We Strongly recommend to our guests to subscribe an insurance against cancellation, no-show or shortening of length of stay.
